At AT&D, we will help you establish employee-testing programs for HR selection and succession that include IQ and personality tests, management inventories and organizational surveys. We will help you design performance appraisal systems that assess performance and areas of needed development.
AT&D will assist in coaching executives in management and leadership dynamics such as motivation, decision-making, delegation, conflict resolution, strategic planning and organizational design. Train the Trainer ROI Seminars
Atkins Training & Development, LLC offers half-day and full-day seminars on "ROI Training Evaluation Procedures and Techniques." Trainers are taught how to evaluate their training programs using the return on investment (ROI), value added and utility analysis methods of evaluation. Kirkpatrick's four levels of evaluation are taught using cases to demonstrate the methodology, research questions, and statistical analysis.
Trainers evaluate training programs learning how to establish control groups, content valid test questions, transfer of learning feedback, and productivity calculations. Trainers are taught how to assimilate their data into succinct management reports that can argue effectively for human resource training investment dollars.
