1. Complete the (one time only) application form for Davis College. You may find this form attached to this web site under Downloads.
2. Apply for Verizon's Letter of Credit (LOC) through VZTAP at http://tamsonline.org/vztap.
3. Create a LOC (one time only) for $500 to Davis College for your application and registration fees. Make sure when filling out LOC for Davis application fee there is a class with it.
4. Create a LOC for $1195 for the name of the class you will be attending. Repeat this procedure for each class with a two week lead time if possible.
5. Sign the letters of credit and make copies for your records. Bring these documents: your Davis Application (one time only), Davis LOC and Class LOC with you to your first class. After the class you will staple a copy of your grade to your LOC for reference. At end of class Davis will send your grade to the college of your choice.
6. To change a course, or request a correction to your LOC, indicate the change or correction on your copy of the LOC. Write in large letters "corrections" and fax to CAEL-VZTAP @ 866-994-3470.
7. To contact VZTAP by mail write to CAEL-VZTAP, PO Box A 3803, Chicago, IL 60690 8. Davis College provides you with initial application, registration and matriculation. You may choose to graduate from Davis or transfer to any number of colleges offering a bachelors degree. Many of your colleagues have graduted from Charter Oak State College in Connecticut www.charteroak.edu or Excelsior College in Albany www.excelsior.edu .
   If you decide to transfer you will need to contact that school, make an application, send them your official transcripts and meet with their advisors.
